dc.description.abstract In the absence of a vaccine, our only defence against the spread and transmission of the coronavirus depends on the behaviours of individuals. In mid-March of 2020, a small group of researchers/collaborators/friends known to each other through the European Health Psychology Society ‘social’ channel recognised the need to develop a tool to support the behaviour changes required to adhere to the new public health recommendations. en_US
