dc.description.abstract Dolmen has, over the past decade, evolved its process to include exploring and testing the thinking behind a variety of published theories in Design Leadership, Design Thinking, Strategic Thinking and Creativity. This article looks at how Dolmen have developed a toolset and applied their Strategic Design Thinking process (Discover, Develop, Deliver) to a number of companies, from start-up entrepreneur to dynamic SME, delivering tangible outcomes through a structured process. The case stories ultimately explain why and how Strategic Design Thinking works for a variety of sizes of businesses. en_US
